cannot get it to stop jumping and quaking. Trying to find a place to stop I think. makes for a slow boat

The Eurgle 16D_22YMB scored a perfect 0. Two out of two winches failed in a single weekend sailing. The first managed 4 x 12 minute heats. The other managed 3 x 12 minute heats. The wind conditions were fair.
Thank you Eurgle for a wonderful weekend away racing – well not quite. Having got them home and dissected them – the cause of the failure, in both instances. Whilst they are stall rated at 11kg/cm the units simply cannot do it for any length of time.
