Application(s):
Blade 400 Heli and Blade SR heli
Comments:
Do NOT use.
I have had these servos fail in my Blade 400 and my Blade SR.. causing 2 expensive crashes.. Replaced them with Hitech HS65MG's and have never had a problem since

Comments:
These servos can be described with just one word, CRAP!! I have had one bad crash with left servo failure due to broken plastic gears. They are also terrible as a tail rotor servo, wag back and fourth all the time. Am looking to replace them with a metal gear replacement.

Blade cp pro 2
Comments:
Great servo! Maybe a little under rated for the 400/450 size helis. They are excellent in my cp pro 2. I have quite a few crashes on it and have never lost a servo! I think people expect these servos to be bullet proof, they are great servos for there price range.

standard on a blade 400
Comments:
come as standard on my blade 400, all have broken at some stage, and it's always the same cog that shears teeth......rubbish servo get these off your heli as soon as poss save a load of cash in the long run.

Aircraft control surfaces.
Comments:
What are the chances of all 4 servos failing? I bought 4 DS75's, and they oscillated onced I plugged in the battery. Caused my plane to flap like a moth while standing still. Almost ripped all the control surfaces off!. Thought it was mechanical resonance due to flexible control horns and linkages. Replaced with HS-55's and all was good! Saw something on the web about potentiometer faults in the DS75's. The guy at the RC shop said he won't stock these as they are known to fail.
